How does the monthly shop work?
Polish Pickup is a monthly pre-order event. The shop opens the first Friday of every month at 11 AM EST and closes the following Monday at 11:59 PM EST.
When will my order ship?
Since we operate on a pre-order basis, shipping typically begins 3 to 4 weeks after the shop closes to allow makers time to handcraft your items.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
Yes! If you place multiple orders during the same weekend, we will automatically combine them and refund any excess shipping charges once your items ship.
What is your return policy on beauty products?
Due to the personal nature of our products and the limited-edition pre-order model, we do not accept returns. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us for a replacement.
Are your nail polishes 5-free or vegan?
Most of our contributing brands offer 5-free, 10-free, and vegan formulas. Please check the individual product descriptions for specific ingredient details.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer flat-rate shipping to the United States and Canada. International customers can also use third-party forwarding services to receive their orders.
