Due to the limited-edition nature of our monthly pre-order collections, we offer returns or replacements only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to resolve any issues with your beauty haul.

Return Process

    Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or confirm if a replacement is being processed for your specific batch.

    Ship or Resolve

    Follow the provided instructions to return defective goods using our prepaid label, or await your tracking number for your replacement shipment.
